Can I use Moje srdce for free?

Yes, you can use the service for free, but the features will be limited. Any features requiring a doctor's interaction are only available to paying users. However, for free, you can save yourself your diseases, procedures performed, medications taken by you, enter your ailments and view explanatory information written by your doctor about all these items. You can also save your medical reports, enter your blood pressure, heart rate and cholesterol levels. You can clearly export and print all your data.

What are the benefits of the paid version of Moje srdce?

The main advantage is contact with a specialist in cardiology. You can ask questions via in-app messages. You can talk to the doctor both by phone call and video call. The doctor regularly checks the difficulties you specify. If you enter a new medical report, the doctor updates your information in the app - you don't have to worry about anything.

Is it possible to order an e-prescription using the app?

Unfortunately, this function is not yet possible. We are planning to introduce it during 2026 - you just tick the medicines for which you require an e-prescription for your treatment and send the request to the doctor. This feature will only be available on the paid version of the app as it requires the participation of a doctor.

How is my personal data protected?

Your data is protected against unauthorized access by two-factor authentication when you enter the application. In addition, the app automatically logs out when idle, so if you share a web browser with multiple people, your data should not be viewable in Moje srdce . The data is stored in a repository in Germany and is backed up regularly in 2 different physical locations.

I am a doctor and would like to collaborate. What conditions must I meet and how does the process of starting collaboration work?

Cooperation is only possible with doctors specializing in cardiology. If you want to cooperate, you need to create an account in the system by clicking on the "Create a doctor's account" link. In the next steps, fill in your email and password and verify your mobile phone number. Next, enter your Czech Medical Chamber registration number. Then download the contract with the Moje srdce platform, sign it electronically using the token used for e-prescriptions, upload the file, and submit your application. We will review your application individually, and if you meet all the criteria, your physician account will be activated.
