Are you a doctor specializing in cardiology? If so, you can collaborate with our platform.
After completing and submitting the following questionnaire, a contract will be sent to the email address you provided. Once you have signed the contract with an electronic signature using an electronic prescription token, your application will be evaluated. If your documents are successfully verified, the signed contract and your login details for the system will be sent back to you.
Calculate your gross income for working with our platform below. For recommending users who subsequently take out a subscription, you will receive a 30% share of the subscription fee for the entire duration of the user's active subscription. For users that you monitor within the platform—i.e., providing consultations and verifying the data entered—you will receive a 50% share of the subscription fee. If you recommend a user and continue to monitor them within the platform, you will receive a total share of 80% of the user's subscription.
